Tanz der Vampire has been a long honored favorite bootleg of mine for years, conveniently subtitled in English on YouTube! It’s a fun little parody of lots of different vampire media over the years, following a professor and his assistant who come to a small town in search of the supernatural! With music by the late Jim Steinman, it’s wonderfully catchy and uhh you might find yourself even recognizing one of the songs. I won’t spoil that surprise though, it’s best if you just experience that for the first time yourself. Anyway. Broadway wishes it had a fraction of what Tanz der Vampire has. So here you go, just in time for this years spooky season:
